One app for the whole distribution day, from the salesman to Tally.
Guru Trading Company is a Hyderabad distributor with salesmen on daily beats, a godown, delivery vans and a collection team. Nexvia built them one role-based app for every person in that chain, plus an office desktop app that keeps TallyPrime in sync. A salesman's order is approved, picked, packed, invoiced, delivered and collected, and every step lands in Tally as a real voucher.
The full app, open to everyone.
The demo is the real Guru Trading Co app running on a made-up company: six sample brands, 144 products, 120 dealers across Hyderabad and 15 months of Tally history. Log in as any role below and use it the way the team does: take an order, approve it, pick it, deliver it, collect the payment.

- It runs entirely in your browser. The demo downloads a private copy of the sample database (about 7 MB, once) and never connects to the real Guru Trading Co system, its Tally books, the GST portal or WhatsApp.
- Nothing you do reaches anyone else. Your orders and payments stay on your device. Reset in the demo bar puts everything back, and the sample business starts a fresh day every night.
- Everything is fictional. Shops, people, phone numbers, GST numbers and brands are invented for the demo; the numbers still tie out like real books.
Six people, one record, no retyping.
Each person sees only their part of an order, and the next person gets it the moment it is done. Nobody types the same order twice, and the office never re-enters it in Tally.

Twelve jobs the app does every day.
Beats with GPS check-ins
Weekly beats per salesman. A check-in only counts inside the shop's radius; a new shop is tagged once with a photo, and a far check-in goes to the office for approval.
Orders against live stock
Catalogue with MRP, dealer price and stock. Brand and dealer-class discount caps are enforced, and a mixed-brand cart becomes one bill.
Approvals with credit checks
Old unpaid bills are flagged before a new order is taken, and edits after approval come back to the office.
Pick, check, pack
Barcode-checked pick lists, a check station for short quantities, packing with carton labels that print on their own.
Van runs with photo proof
Runs for own vans or Porter, stop by stop, with delivery photos and a clean path for goods that came back.
Two-way TallyPrime
The office app mirrors ledgers, bills and stock every few minutes and posts invoices, receipts and credit notes back as real vouchers.
e-Invoice and e-Way bills
Filed through a licensed GST provider before the van leaves, with the IRN written back into Tally.
Bill-wise collections
Cash, UPI and cheques against specific bills, approved by the accountant; bounced cheques are linked automatically.
Live field map
Who is where while on duty: stops done, kilometres, orders and money collected, on one map for the owner.
Reports that tie to Tally
Brand-wise, dealer-wise, ageing, dead stock, field activity, targets. "Make a report" builds one from a sentence; every report shares as Excel, PDF or WhatsApp.
Targets and scorecards
Sales and collection targets per salesman and brand, with the whole team's scorecard in one table.
WhatsApp assistant
A staff assistant, dealer auto-replies, payment reminders and statements, ready for the owner to switch on.
Built for a real business day.

Integrations
Four rules the project taught us.
Every figure has to match Tally
Reports are checked against the books to the rupee. If the owner ever sees two different numbers for the same thing, he stops trusting both.
Design for the phone's real GPS
A phone inside a shop can read 20–60 m off. A strict fence alone would flood the office with approvals, so the app allows for the phone's accuracy and lets a salesman wait and walk closer instead.
Put the feedback button inside the app
Every role can report a problem from the screen it is on, with a screenshot attached. 83 requests have been shipped from that board so far.
Documents before the van rolls
e-Invoices and e-Way bills are filed while the van is loading, so a failure is fixed at the godown, not at a checkpost.
