Nexvia Finalise · Windows software for CA firms

Prepare year-end accounts from TallyPrime.

Bring Tally data into a review workspace, classify ledgers, check both financial years and produce supported financial-statement and CompuTax workbooks. Nexvia Finalise helps accountants reduce retyping while keeping review decisions visible.

Current release: version 0.9.2, released 6 September 2026.

From the selected company to a reviewed workbook

  1. Connect and select. Install Finalise on Windows, connect to TallyPrime with the company loaded, and select the company and financial year. Create your firm or join it through an invitation.
  2. Pull and compare. Import ledgers and vouchers. Checks distinguish missing information from a genuine zero and flag incomplete source data. You can select a separate Tally file for the previous year.
  3. Classify and review. Review ledger classifications, opening and closing stock, and purchase allocations for each year. See flagged issues with their supporting details. Manual decisions remain authoritative.
  4. Validate and export. Resolve blocking classifications before generating financials. Export the supported non-corporate financial-statement workbook, CompuTax workings and supporting data. A changed classification requires a fresh validation.

Built for the firm's review desk

Year-end preparationCompare current and previous-year balances while keeping each year's source, inventory and classifications separate.
Team handoverOpen a checked saved pull from the firm's Windows server folder. Shared classification history records who changed what and when.
Review and supportUse validation reports and supporting workpapers. Report an issue in an ongoing feedback conversation with screenshots or files.

Version 0.9.2 adds stronger company and year checks, shared saved pulls, classification history, organisation administration and feedback threads. Large pulls use adaptive requests. Updates download in the background and wait for inactive work before an automatic restart.

Windows setup, with clear data boundaries

Finalise processes active books on your Windows PC. Your firm can also save complete pulls to an admin-configured Windows server folder. Internet access supports licensing, shared classifications, AI assistance and feedback. Sending Tally files to support is an explicit action.

AI can assist with clear ordinary expenses when separate source evidence supports the classification. Ambiguous accounting choices stay for the accountant to review. Confirm the entity type and required disclosures before export; the current financial-statement format covers supported non-corporate entities.

Questions before a demo

Which financial-statement formats does Finalise support?

The included annual financial-statement workbook is for supported non-corporate entities. Finalise also exports CompuTax trial-balance workings. Corporate and LLP formats, custom-period annual statements and unsupported inventory disclosures are outside the current release. Confirm your entity and output needs during the demo.

Can two accountants work from the same saved Tally pull?

Yes. An organisation admin can configure a shared Windows server folder. Colleagues with the required folder permissions can open saved pulls containing both financial years and their original source details. The office must configure network access on each PC; shared classification changes also need an internet connection.

Does all the accounting data stay on my computer?

Active books are processed locally. Optional saved pulls go to your firm's configured Windows folder. Licensing, shared classifications, AI assistance and feedback use connected services. Tally files sent for support are an explicit upload. Finalise is therefore not a wholly offline application.

How is Finalise different from Nexvia Books?

Finalise is a Windows application for accountants preparing and reviewing year-end financial outputs. Nexvia Books gives owners and staff mobile and web access to Tally information, with operational features such as orders, collections and entries back into Tally. Choose the product for the work you need to do.
