The problem

Preparing customer quotations meant cross-referencing hundreds of SKUs across a dozen brands (Anchor, Roma, Ziva, Legrand, Goldmedal, Penta…), looking up MRPs, calculating discounts per category, and rebuilding the same Excel sheet for every enquiry. A typical quote took 30+ minutes and was easy to get wrong — wrong MRP, wrong discount slab, wrong totals.
